“Wind Code Committee” of SEAOC (Structural Engineers Association of California) has responded and made recommendations on the effect of “Wind on Photovoltaic Panels.” A minimum of 10 psf uplift pressure, regardless of the Wind Tunnel test results is recommended. This recommendation was issued at the requested of DSA (Division of the State Architect, San Diego Office).
