Principal Consultant; Forensic Architect
Mrs. Moradi has over 15 years of experience in architectural design, investigation, evaluation and research of buildings. Her experience includes design of new buildings, as well as renovation and remodel of existing buildings. As a project manager, her role includes project coordination with design team from conceptual design through construction documents and construction administrations.
She performs and supervises architectural, in-house QC review and mentoring the design architects. Types of projects include low-rise commercial, residential buildings as well as architectural forensic investigation on buildings.
Dr. Moradi’s experience includes all types of building materials such as cast-in-place concrete, steel, cold formed steel, masonry and wood/timber structures.
Her experience also includes;
• Architectural assessment and evaluation of existing buildings.
• Performing site visits and observations.
• Performing and supervision of architectural-building activities and services.
• Overseeing design architects and CAD Technologists for production of construction documents.
