Mr. Esmaili has been practicing structural engineering for about 40 years. His experience includes design, rehabilitation, evaluation retrofit, and construction of buildings throughout the United States. He has extensive experience both in the design, retrofit, and construction of structures in steel, concrete, masonry, brick, and URM materials.
Assignments include schools/higher education, hospitals, healthcare, government, recreational, commercial, industrial and residential structures. His experience includes seismic hazard evaluation and mitigation methods, post-earthquake damage assessment of essential structures such as hospitals and urgent care facilities.
