Scope of services
Structural design of 18,000 square foot five-story building frame system, incorporating steel braced frames, concrete-masonry shear-walls and moment frames. The building had to conform with strict architectural requirements of the City of Santa Barbara’s Architectural Board of Review, which introduced structural complexity to the project.
Some projects were performed by PSFEG’s engineers in conjunction with other firms. Support for all listed litigation matters was provided by PSFEG. Certain matters are excluded because of confidentiality and legal obligations.
