Scope of services
Structural design of a 24,000 square foot five-story, twenty-one unit luxury apartment building on cast-in-place underground parking. The structural system consisted of bearing wall system with concrete shear walls and cast-in-place concrete floors.
Some projects were performed by PSFEG’s engineers in conjunction with other firms. Support for all listed litigation matters was provided by PSFEG. Certain matters are excluded because of confidentiality and legal obligations.
