Scope of services
Performed seismic investigation and evaluation of steel moment frames of an existing three-story 170,000 square foot commercial building required by change in use of occupancy. Evaluation was based on ASCE 41-06/FEMA 356 & ASCE 31-03 utilizing pseudo static push-over analysis for “Life-Safety” objective based on Basic Safety Earthquake.
Some projects were performed by PSFEG’s engineers in conjunction with other firms. Support for all listed litigation matters was provided by PSFEG. Certain matters are excluded because of confidentiality and legal obligations.
