05. Farhad Rezai, SE, Principal Consultant

Mr. Rezai has over 26 years of experience in management, analysis, design, review and construction. He has provided Civil and Structural professional engineering services numerous projects and possesses extensive experience in team leadership on complex projects. His experience includes design and development of new buildings and building sites, as well as building modifications/alterations, retrofit, seismic upgrade, failure analysis, and civil forensic investigations. Types of projects include schools/higher education (DSA), hospitals/healthcare (OSHPD), government, hospitality, justice, recreational, laboratories, commercial, industrial and residential structures.

Mr. Rezai currently oversees and manages projects with day-to-day responsibilities of supervising technical staff, engineering production, field visits, job coordination, project scheduling, and attending meetings with clients and government agencies. Mr. Rezai’s work covers all building materials such as post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete, steel, cold formed steel, masonry, wood/timber structures.
